- Before Pickup: Full refund, no charges
- After Pickup, Before Transit: 85% refund (15% cancellation fee)
- During Transit: Cannot cancel. Return charges apply.
By Fawaq Enterprises Pvt Ltd
We may cancel for: prohibited items, incorrect address, payment failure, force majeure, or service unavailability. Full refund issued.
2. Eligible Refunds
- Before pickup: 100%
- After pickup, before transit: 85%
- Lost shipment: Full refund + compensation
- Damaged shipment: Based on damage and declared value
- Significant delay: Partial refund or credit
- Duplicate payment: Full refund
- Service not rendered: Full refund
3. Non-Refundable
- Successfully delivered shipments
- Delays from incorrect address / recipient unavailability
- Refused shipments / improper packaging
4. Refund Process
Log in → Order History → "Request Refund", or email support@Fawaq Enterprises Pvt Ltd.in with order ID.

- UPI: 2–3 business days
- Cards: 5–7 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Wallets: 2–3 business days
Refunds processed via Cashfree to original payment method.
